Job summary

WorkerEra is seeking an Internal Audit Specialist in Riyadh to strengthen its finance and governance team. The role focuses on evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering practical recommendations for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, accounting, and financial compliance, with certifications such as CIA, SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or IFRS highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• CIA/SOCPA/CPA/CMA/ACCA/IFRS certifications are desirable.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing practices and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform internal audits across financial and operational functions.
• Assess internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Identify risks and support risk management practices.
• Verify compliance with policies, regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with managers to monitor corrective actions and improve processes.
• Maintain organized audit records and ensure documentation meets standards.
