Job summary

NextEra in Saudi Arabia is seeking an ICT Planning Support Consultant to assist in strategic planning, governance, and project tracking across ICT programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in ICT Planning, PMO, Business Analysis, ICT Governance, or Technology Administration.
• Experience supporting ICT strategy, project governance, and reporting functions.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and ICT operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist ICT leadership in maintaining and updating the ICT Strategy, Roadmap, and Transformation Plans.
• Support planning and tracking of digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain records of ongoing projects, project pipelines, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and planning documentation for management review.
• Coordinate activities and inputs across ICT teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between ICT, Cybersecurity, vendors, and service providers.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and management reports.
• Monitor KPIs and project progress metrics.
• Generate periodic reports for ICT leadership and governance committees.
• Aid governance activities, meetings, and committee requirements.
• Track contract renewals, license renewals, and maintenance agreements.
• Maintain governance documentation, registers, and compliance records.
• Support SAP VIM invoice processing and documentation review.
• Monitor invoice approvals, payment status, and financial controls.
• Assist in budget tracking, procurement coordination, and vendor management.
• Maintain financial and contractual records per policies.
• Maintain centralized repositories for ICT plans, policies, procedures, and project documents.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and executive summaries.
