Job summary

The role involves vendor management, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth hotel operations.

Key responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring performance, and preparing cost analyses for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with hospitality focus preferred.
• 4–10 years experience in hotel purchasing or procurement.
• Experience in a reputed hotel, resort or hospitality organization is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hotel procurement processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with budgets.
• Procure Food & Beverage, housekeeping, engineering, guest supplies and equipment.
• Ensure timely availability of materials without disrupting operations.
• Review requisitions and ensure proper approvals per hotel policies.
• Source quality products from approved suppliers at competitive prices.
