Job summary

Qureos seeks a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive growth in freight forwarding and warehousing. You will lead sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored logistics solutions to diverse clients.

This role requires a strong background in logistics sales, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain services.
• Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing services.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within freight forwarding and warehousing services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s logistics client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, importers, exporters, and supply chain partners.
• Promote and sell services including air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient service execution.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
