Job summary

Confidential is seeking a highly analytical Statistics Specialist to join our finance team in Jeddah. This role will drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, pricing analysis, and performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting/BA, at least 5 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, modeling), and strong communication. Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Planning, Finance, or Management Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, PivotTables, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term business plans.
• Conduct financial and profitability analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor sales performance, volume planning, and pricing strategies.
• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial review processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure business alignment.
• Provide insights on financial performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Support vehicle ordering, inventory planning, and operational decision-making through data-driven analysis.
• Liaise with regional and international stakeholders when required.
