Job summary

leading-edge seeks an experienced Financial Manager to lead a cross-functional finance team on an on-site project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will oversee strategies, forecasts and reporting for the client.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's in finance or related field, have at least five years in financial services, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and be able to work independently under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a management role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis.
• Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus (McKinsey, BCG, OW, Bain, Alvarez & Marsal, Arthur).

• Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth.
