Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist (Inventory & Fixed Assets) to manage accurate accounting, control, and reporting of inventory and fixed assets in line with IFRS and company policies across Retail, F&B, and Spare Parts.

You will supervise fixed asset lifecycle, monitor capitalization, depreciation, disposals, reconcile asset registers, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with DoA and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with IFRS and fixed assets accounting.
• Experience with inventory management and reconciliation.
• Strong reporting and liaison with audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Fixed Assets Lifecycle Management: manage creation, capitalization, transfers, depreciation, impairments, and disposals.
• Inventory Management: monitor movements, perform stock counts, reconciliations, and valuations.
• Accounting, Reporting & Reconciliation: post depreciation and inventory journals; support month-/quarter-/year-end close; reconcile sub-ledgers to GL.
• Controls, Compliance & Audit: ensure IFRS compliance, DoA adherence; support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement: coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Operations, and Finance; drive process improvements.
• Systems & Tools: utilize ERP (SAP FI/MM), inventory systems, fixed asset sub-ledgers, and reporting tools.
