Job summary

Foreground is partnering with a leading events and experiences organisation to appoint a Sales Specialist – Events. You will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and converting them into high-impact events.

You will manage inbound inquiries and lead client meetings, craft tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to deliver exceptional client experiences from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related.
• 2–4 years in a sales role, ideally within events, hospitality, or related services.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across corporate and private events.
• Manage inbound inquiries and nurture opportunities with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare client-focused proposals and presentations.
• Lead client meetings, site visits, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure a premium client experience from planning to post-event.
