Job summary

Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Communications Lead to shape and execute an integrated strategy across internal and external channels, media relations, executive positioning, and crisis management. You will manage budgets, governance, and agency partners, while partnering with the Country President to craft credible narratives and impactful messaging for diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate communications or strategic communications within complex organizations.
• Proven experience managing communications budgets and agency partners.
• Must have a strong track record in media relations in Saudi Arabia with established media contacts and credibility.
• Experience advising senior executives and managing high-profile media engagements.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, industrial, or technology sectors preferred.
• Excellent writing, editorial judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead an integrated communications strategy aligned with global frameworks and local priorities.
• Own and manage the annual communications budget with accountability for spend, efficiency, and impact.
• Establish governance, messaging frameworks, editorial planning, and approval processes across all communications activities.
• Lead the communications agency ecosystem including PR, media, content, events, and crisis agencies.
• Act as a trusted strategic communications advisor to the Country President and senior leadership.
• Develop executive communications including leadership narratives, speeches, talking points, interviews, op-eds, and town halls.
• Ensure leadership messaging is aligned, authentic, and impactful across internal and external audiences.
• Own external reputation and media narrative in Saudi Arabia; lead media relations strategy and events.
• Position Schneider Electric as a leader in sustainability, energy transition, and digital transformation in Saudi Arabia.
• Own crisis communications planning and execution with playbooks and escalation protocols.
• Define and track KPIs for internal and external communications and use insights to optimize strategy.
