Job summary

You will collaborate with project teams, finance, and legal to optimize cash flow, manage EVM, and protect margins. English communication expertise and a track record in large-scale projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in infra, engineering consultancy, or commercial PM.
• 7+ years in managerial or senior commercial capacity.
• Deep expertise in contract forms and commercial management practices.
• Forensic analysis of delays and entitlements using evidence-based reasoning.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in cost control, cash flow analysis, and financial risk management.
• Proven track record in claims management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Experience with major clients, statutory bodies, or government bodies.
• Proficiency in EVM and project financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial analysis to identify risks and protect margins.
• Oversee cost control, cash flow, and budget adherence.
• Direct Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation across projects.
• Manage margin erosion and implement profitability improvements.
• Optimize working capital and cash collections for projects.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and support claims with evidence-based arguments.
• Guide contract negotiations and terms during bidding and execution.
• Mentor and develop commercial teams, promoting risk-aware culture.
• Coordinate with project teams, finance, legal, and senior management.
