Job summary

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Cluster Manager - Revenue Optimization to lead pricing, inventory control, and distribution strategies for a multi-property cluster in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor market trends, forecast demand, and ensure pricing integrity across RMS, PMS, and OTA channels, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations.

The role requires strong analytical, strategic, and teamwork skills, with a focus on luxury brand standards and championship

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue management across multi-property clusters.
• Understanding of pricing, distribution channels and demand forecasting.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, reservations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute cluster-wide revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and inventory dynamically.
• Oversee distribution channels and ensure rate parity across platforms.
• Produce monthly revenue performance reports and dashboards using RMS, PMS and BI tools.
• Collaborate with departments to align strategies and drive direct bookings.
