Job summary

The Red Palace, a luxury hotel in Riyadh, seeks a Revenue Manager with a strong background in pricing and forecasting to optimize room revenue and total revenue growth. You will work closely with Sales, Reservations, and Marketing to sustain premium positioning.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of luxury hotel revenue experience, proficiency in Opera/IDeaS/Duetto, and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in hotel revenue management, ideally within luxury or ultra-luxury properties.
• Strong command of PMS/RMS platforms (Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort with financial modeling and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across segments and channels to maximize RevPAR and total revenue.
• Build and maintain rolling demand forecasts (30/60/90-day and annual) using historical data and market trends.
• Lead weekly revenue strategy meetings with GM, Sales, and Reservations leadership.
• Prepare monthly revenue performance reports and variance analysis.
• Ensure rate parity and accuracy across RMS/PMS and distribution channels.
