Job summary

Master Works is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Value Realization, Manager to guide enterprise customers through cloud transformations and align cloud initiatives with strategic goals to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role requires expertise in cloud technologies, business consulting, financial analysis, and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Consulting, Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven experience with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud, Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with cloud migration, managed services, and professional services engagements.
• Strong knowledge of FinOps, ROI analysis, and business value frameworks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Value Realization Plans aligned with customers' business goals.
• Define measurable outcomes and success metrics for cloud initiatives.
• Establish executive scorecards and KPIs to monitor value delivery.
• Align cloud initiatives with customers' digital transformation strategies.
• Conduct executive workshops to identify priorities and outcomes.
• Develop ROI models and value hypotheses for cloud projects.
• Monitor achievement of business outcomes during implementation and managed services.
• Drive cloud optimization, FinOps, and platform modernization initiatives.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to translate commitments into outcomes.
