Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Document requirements as BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Map current and future processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify gaps.
• Support backlog management: prioritization and refinement sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
