Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Business Analysis Expert to lead requirements gathering, analysis, and validation, translating needs into actionable solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure business needs are well understood and implemented.

You will apply advanced analysis techniques, craft process documentation, and facilitate workshops, supporting projects from initiation to implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a track record of successful projects.
• Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with process modeling and documentation tools.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis efforts, including requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Utilize advanced analysis techniques to model and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop comprehensive business process documentation, including workflow diagrams and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Support project teams through all project phases, from initiation to implementation.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements.
