Job summary

Qualifications

• Nine to ten years of experience in the insurance field with at least three years in a senior managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospital Management, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle activities and contract services to ensure efficient billing and claims processing.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in hospital-wide safety and risk programs.
• Develop and update hospital department policies to support care delivery and compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external communications across departments and with external stakeholders.
• Manage financial preparation for external agreements and leases and supervise team workflow.
