Job summary

You will build advisory relationships with key stakeholders, forecast account metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to grow opportunities within the region. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead point of contact for customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare status reports.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Address challenging client requests and escalate issues as needed.
