Job summary

Jasara PMC in Jeddah is seeking a Stakeholder Manager to lead engagement with communities, clients, and project partners across our infrastructure initiatives. You will design and implement targeted engagement plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and monitor stakeholder satisfaction to ensure alignment with project goals throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in communications, public relations or business administration, with fluency in English and Arabic helpful,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management or public relations, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in negotiations.
• Ability to analyze information and feedback to derive actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15 years of experience in stakeholder management, community engagement, or public relations, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors
• Demonstrable ability to create and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in facilitating discussions and negotiations
• Ability to analyze information and feedback to derive actionable insights
• Highly organized with the versatility to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Preferably Saudi National
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
