Job Summary

The Staff Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations. The role requires strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care including assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and documentation.
  • Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
  • Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
  • Implement nursing care plans and follow physician instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
  • Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are strictly followed.
  • Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first-line nursing care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
