Job summary

Talentdiamond is seeking a detail-oriented finance and accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will maintain accurate records, ensure policy compliance, and assist with posting and verifying financial documents.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and holds a SOCPA certification. Strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; SOCPA certification/registration required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting, finance, cashiering, or related experience.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information and work within policies.

Responsibilities

• Review financial figures, postings, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain financial files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Record, classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data using journals, ledgers, accounting systems, and computerized tools.
• Prepare and maintain financial, accounting, auditing, payroll, statistical, and related reports and tables.
• Support and complete period-end closing procedures and required financial reports.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and vendor invoices until payment or resolution is completed.
