Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test strategies and test cases for web services testing using SQL and industry tools to ensure complete validation of functional and non functional requirements
• Execute thorough API testing for REST and SOAP based services to verify request/response flows, data accuracy and integration consistency across systems
• Create detailed test data sets using SQL to validate complex business rules and billing scenarios while maintaining data quality
• Use Postman to design, automate and execute collections for regression and smoke testing of APIs
• Apply SoapUI to model service contracts, create reusable test suites and validate responses for SOAP based services
• Perform end to end validation of billing and revenue management workflows combining UI tests, SQL data checks and API validations
• Document clear reproducible defects with detailed steps, logs, payloads and SQL evidence for efficient triage
• Collaborate with developers and analysts in a work-from-office model to clarify requirements and align test coverage with business outcomes
• Analyze test results to identify trends and gaps and propose improvements in data validations or test design

Qualifications
