Qualifications

• Experience with web services testing for large enterprise apps.
• Understanding of billing and revenue management processes.
• Familiarity with XML/JSON data and service payloads.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
• Ability to write clear test cases and execution reports.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed test scenarios for web services and billing apps.
• Execute soapUI and Rest API tests to validate requests, responses, and data mappings.
• Validate endpoints, payloads, and authentication flows for REST services.
• Coordinate with developers and product teams to clarify requirements and defects.
• Review artifacts to derive traceable test conditions across end-to-end billing use cases.
• Manage test data for complex billing scenarios and ensure realistic coverage.
• Document defects with steps and logs; support retest and impact analysis.
• Monitor test metrics and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
• Contribute to regression test suites for web services and APIs.
• Apply billing domain knowledge to validate rating, invoicing, and revenue rules.
• Conduct integration tests across upstream/downstream systems.
