AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager in Saudi Arabia to plan, monitor, and report project performance across scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources. The role ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget by establishing robust controls and governance frameworks.

You will develop baselines, monitor progress, manage changes, track costs, and produce KPI dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project control frameworks, procedures, and standards.
• Establish project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor project progress against planned milestones and deliverables.
• Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure effective change management and configuration control processes.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, commitments, and expenditures.
• Analyze cost performance and provide variance reports.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using project management tools.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and critical path assessments.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls, project management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-SP, or similar certification preferred.
