Lead the integration of 30/60/90-day look-ahead schedules across multiple disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring site productivity data validates remaining durations. Oversee expert analysis of float variance to provide early warnings of potential delays and proactively support Change Management and claim assessment processes.

  • Direct the development and submission of the Mega-Project's annual Business Plan and end-of-quarter updates. Own the strategic validation of the Estimate At Completion (EAC) process, ensuring financial forecasts are resilient, risk-adjusted, and strictly aligned with corporate business performance and financial reporting objectives.
