Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting for major landscape, public realm, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

The role partners with Project Directors to provide visibility on schedule, cost, risks, and overall performance while guiding the project controls team. Strong Primavera P6 skills and a track record on large-scale projects are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of project controls experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience on large-scale or mega projects; landscape/public realm preferred.
• Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Leadership of project controls teams.
• Certifications such as PMP/PSP/CCP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Develop baselines, Level 3–5 schedules, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
• Track performance using EVM, KPIs, dashboards, and progress measurement.
• Identify deviations and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Lead weekly and monthly project controls reporting for management and clients.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and finance teams.
• Manage planners, schedulers, and cost control engineers.
• Support change management, variations, claims, delay analysis, and EOT.
• Drive improvements in project controls processes and automation.

We are hiring an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the planning, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting of major landscape, public realm, and infrastructure projects.

This role will work closely with Project Directors and Project Managers to provide clear visibility on schedule, cost, risks, and overall project performance, while leading the project controls team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Develop and monitor project baselines, Level 3–5 schedules, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
• Track project performance using EVM, KPIs, dashboards, and progress measurement.
• Identify schedule and cost deviations early and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Lead weekly and monthly project controls reporting for management and clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of project controls experience within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong experience on large-scale or mega projects; landscape/public realm experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of planning, cost control, forecasting, EVM, WBS/CBS, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Good exposure to variations, claims, delay analysis, and EOT.
• Proven experience leading project controls teams.
• PMP, PSP, CCP, or similar certification is an advantage.
