Job description

The PXT Leader will oversee PNQ3 Large FC. This leader manages a non ნო‑peak workforce of 1,000 associates, which increases to 3,000+ in the Jupiter season. The role is crucial in driving five core people pillars.

People Pillars
  • Enhancing People Experience by implementing Associate Centered Leadership (ACL) practices and continuous improvement (CI) projects.
  • Improving Labor Model Flexibility.
  • Collaborating with Workforce Staffing (WFS).
  • Utilizing Operations Talent Development (OTD) tools.
  • Fostering an inclusive culture that attracts and develops Under‑Represented Cohorts (URCs).
Team Structure

The leader will be responsible for people processes at PNQ3, ensuring a positive people experience, culture, engagement, and availability of manpower across sites. Leading a team of BBs, which includes HRBP, Ops Admins and GB PXT supervisors, the leader is accountable for hiring and developing talent while supporting partner functions in FC, including SLP, RME, WHS, and IT.

Stakeholder Engagement

This leader will partner with the site leader of PN mdxr and influence Zonal Directors, INOPs Leader, and Supply Chain (RPT) leaders. The role partners with all support functions to improve employee morale and engagement – WHS, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Finance, Legal, RME, and Security & Loss Prevention.

Key Job Responsibilities

Operational Complexity: IN business is characterized by multiple (5) peak events, low forecast accuracy, a unique labor model (Green badge model with 30% associates on contracts ranging from 30 to 45 days), and consecutive hiring/de‑hiring waves. The leader must navigate ambiguity and manage trade‑offs between labor availability, retention, and partnerships with labor agencies. Specific challenges include complex demographics, an intricate distribution network, political factors, and monsoon season disruptions, further augmented by an overheated political environment in MH State and the presence of Mathadi associates under the State Mathadi Act.

Leadership and Influence: The PXT Leader will drive organizational priorities, leveraging technology to improve associate experience, managing cross‑functional communication, and aligning stakeholders. Leader must balance business goals with improving people experience, scaling efficiently, and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). The role requires strong leadership principles, including Customer Obsession, Earn Trust, Hire & Develop the Best, insisting on the Highest Standards, and Thinking Big.

This role requires a leader capable of managing complex, multi‑faceted operations while prioritizing people experience and organizational growth. The successful candidate must navigate multiple unique challenges in the Indian labor market, drive operational excellence and foster a positive, inclusive culture across diverse sites and teams. Their influence extends from ground level associates to high‑level stakeholders, demanding exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset to balance immediate operational needs with long‑term organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups (warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, or call center environments).
  • 5+ years of Member human resources leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or stato manufacturing experience.
