Job summary

Emdad By Elm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced End User Computing Engineer to manage enterprise EUC platforms, including endpoint management, software deployment, operating systems, and device security.

The role requires hands-on skills with Windows 10/11, GPO, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE, and remote support to keep end-user devices secure and compliant, while enabling collaboration tools and daily IT operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints and applying OS updates.
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy and endpoint security controls.
• Proven ability to deploy software packages and manage configurations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise EUC platforms, including endpoint management, software deployment, OS updates, and device security.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support to maintain productivity and security.
• Ensure compliance through patching, monitoring, and standard operating procedures.
