The Analyst – Asset Management (NTC Financial Modelling, Performance and Operational Intelligence) supports the Asset Management team through financial analysis, operational intelligence, performance reporting and data‑driven insights across the NTC asset portfolio. The role plays a key part in monitoring venue utilisation, commercial performance, operational efficiency and guest experience outcomes across both event and non‑event operations. Working across venue operations, tennis operations and broader precinct activities, the role supports budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, compliance monitoring and business intelligence initiatives to help optimise venue and event performance. This role is ideally suited to an early‑career analyst with strong analytical capability, curiosity and a passion for sport, entertainment and major venues, looking to build experience within one of the world's most ambitious destination developments.
• Support financial modelling, operational intelligence and performance analysis across the NTC portfolio.
• Provide insights to optimise venue utilisation, commercial performance and operational efficiency.
• Analyse venue utilisation, programming performance, revenue generation and operational trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Monitor operational, commercial and guest experience performance metrics across venues and events.
• Assist with operator performance reporting, compliance monitoring and governance tracking.
• Support preparation of business cases, feasibility assessments and operational improvement initiatives.
• Maintain integrity of operational and financial data across systems and reporting platforms.
• Prepare reports, presentations and performance summaries for leadership stakeholders.
• Support risk management, compliance reporting and audit preparation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting automation and systems optimisation.
• Collaborate across venue operations, finance, commercial and asset management teams to support integrated decision‑making.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline.
2‑3 years experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence or related analytical roles.
Experience or strong interest in sport, entertainment, venues, hospitality or major events environments preferred.
Strong Excel and analytical capability with attention to detail.
Experience in financial modelling, operational reporting or dashboard development preferred.
Understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting and commercial performance analysis.
Strong communication and presentation capability.
Ability to work across cross‑functional operational and commercial teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Curiosity, initiative and passion for sport, entertainment and live experiences.
Experience with reporting systems, visualisation tools or business intelligence platforms is advantageous.
