Job summary

Emerson is seeking an HR Lead for SPARK to steer site-level HR activities, partner with leaders, and drive talent strategies. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development while ensuring regulatory compliance and local policy alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant Human Resources experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Knowledge of compensation, benefits, talent development, retention, engagement, and employee experience practices.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law.

Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Support recruitment activities, ensuring attraction and hiring of top talent while aligning with localization and DEI objectives.
  • Coordinate employee communication initiatives in partnership with the HR function.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  • Drive performance management processes and ensure timely completion across the organization.
  • Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
  • Support employee growth through coaching, mentoring, and career development planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market practices.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Implement and maintain consistent HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Support implementation and adoption of HR systems, tools, and processes through effective training and communication.
  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate effectively with country, area, and regional HR teams to support ongoing business and employee needs.
  • Leverage HR technologies and systems to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.

Job Summary

The HR Lead, SPARK is responsible for leading and overseeing all Human Resources activities at the site level. This role partners closely with business leaders, employees, and regional HR teams to implement HR strategies, support talent acquisition and development, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
