The successful candidate will have 2–5 years in hospitality spa roles, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Spa Therapist.
• 2–5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Pleasing personality and a well-focused individual.
• Able to handle pressure and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Represent luxury service standards with warmth and welcome.
• Focus on guest arrival/departure, treatment, room ambience and spa experience.
• Establish long-term relationships with guests.
• Lead expert in spa treatments; answer questions and upsell/add-ons when applicable.
• Book guests again after treatments.
• Select and perform treatments suited to guests using a range of techniques.
• Maintain knowledge of all treatments and facility offerings.
• Monitor and restock the assigned spa room with products and disposables.

Job Description

• At all times you must be representative of the qualities of someone delivering luxury service standards. To provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
• Primary focus on sense of guest arrival/departure, hands-on treatment, cleanliness, room ambience, and overall spa experience. Empathetic, friendly, and able to make people feel beautiful inside and out.
• Establish a long-term relationship with customers.
• The leading expert in all areas of retail and treatments. Able and available to answer any questions that guests may have and give them extensive feedback and demonstration if applicable; with an ability to execute suggestive and add-on sales.
• Takes control of rebooking guest after treatment.
• Perform treatment most suited to guest utilizing a range of techniques.
• Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments, spa therapy, and the facility.
• Monitors, maintains, and re-stocks assigned room with products, supplies, disposables, and work tools.
