Job description

Develop and lead comprehensive solution designs for data analytics platforms, driving innovation, ensuring optimal performance, and guiding technical teams in creating secure, scalable, and cost-effective systems tailored to data-intensive business needs. Provide presales support and lead proof of concept (POC) efforts to demonstrate technical feasibility and business value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data analytics solutions, integrating tools such as Elastic Stack, Neo4j, and Splunk to meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Create detailed architecture documentation including system diagrams, data flows, and integration plans.

Stakeholder Engagement & Presales Support

• Collaborate with business and sales teams to understand customer requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.
• Lead presales technical engagements, including client workshops, product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to technical and non-technical audiences to communicate the value of proposed analytics solutions.

Proof of Concept (POC) Execution

• Design, lead, and deliver POCs to validate architectural approaches and technologies for prospective clients.
• Define success criteria, oversee technical implementation, and gather feedback to iterate on proposed solutions.
• Define appropriate technology stacks and tools for analytics solutions, maintaining a strong focus on cost-effectiveness, scalability, and future-proofing.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and differentiate solutions.

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Define and enforce best practices for security, data governance, and compliance, particularly in relation to analytics and visualization platforms.
• Assess and mitigate risks in data handling, storage, and analysis workflows.

Performance Management & Optimization

• Oversee system performance tuning and capacity planning for analytics workloads.
• Guide continuous improvement and post-deployment optimization efforts.
• Engage with third‑party vendors and solution providers to evaluate technologies and manage integrations.
• Ensure compatibility and synergy between in‑house systems and external platforms.

Experience and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience:
• 7+ years in solution architecture, data engineering, or systems design with a strong focus on data analytics platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading POCs from design to execution.
• Proven background in technical presales activities, including client interfacing and solution pitching.

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of:
