Job summary

Alturki Holding seeks a senior solution architect to define reference architectures across AV, security, IoT and ELV systems within the Tahreez Unified Platform. You will own the platform evolution, ensure interoperability, and translate client requirements into scalable, compliant architectures.

You will work with presales, delivery, finance, and governance to align commercial offers with technically deliverable designs and reusable templates.

Responsibilities

• Reference Architecture & Design: Design reference architectures per use case and business line covering AV solutions, physical security, Smart Screening, intelligent healthcare, IoT, IIoT, AI-driven solutions and integrated ELV systems.
• Translate client and regulatory requirements (e.g., security classification frameworks, safety codes, data-protection rules) into compliant architectures, topologies and equipment schedules.
• Maintain a living library of approved reference designs, BOQs, MTOs, and solution templates to enable reuse and avoid redesigns.
• Define integration patterns between disciplines (e.g., AV-over-IP with enterprise networks, IoT sensor layers) ensuring interoperability across BACnet IP, ONVIF, MQTT and similar protocols.
• Analyze variances between bid-stage estimates and actual delivery to identify systemic estimation gaps and feed corrections into templates, BOQs and SPBM guardrails.
• Support SPBM in offering technical architecture input, cost drivers, and solution complexity data to inform pricing guardrails.
• Own the Tahreez Unified Platform roadmap including its Smart Integration module evolution, architecture and API design, data ingestion and analytics layers.
• Collaborate with presales, delivery, portfolio governance, finance, and MD to ensure every bid and cataloged offer is built on validated architectures.
