Job summary

Premium Support Facility Management Ltd. seeks an experienced professional to oversee soft-services operations in Saudi Arabia.

You will develop cleaning plans, schedules, and inspection systems while leading supervisors, cleaners, housekeepers, attendants, and vendors to ensure high service quality across all shifts. You will monitor hygiene standards, chemical usage, equipment and consumables, manage waste and pest control programs, and respond to client feedback with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Facility Management, or Business Administration.
• 7–10 years of soft-services experience.
• Strong workforce-management and quality-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop cleaning and soft-services plans, schedules, and inspection systems.
• Manage supervisors, cleaners, housekeepers, attendants, and specialist vendors.
• Ensure manpower coverage and productivity across all shifts.
• Monitor cleaning quality, hygiene, chemical usage, equipment and consumables.
• Manage waste segregation, pest control, landscaping and hygiene programs.
• Respond to client complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections and review service KPIs.
• Maintain COSHH or chemical-safety documentation and training records.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.
