Job summary

You will engage in screening, assessment, counselling, documentation and ongoing evaluation while adhering to global standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

• SCFHS-certified social worker with valid registration.
• Bachelor degree in Social Work; Master’s preferred.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years clinical social care experience.
• Experience in renal/diabetes hypertension is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic, basic English.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within an MDT to provide psychosocial support and health promotion for dialysis patients.
• Conduct screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention/counselling, documentation and evaluation.
• Uphold international patient satisfaction and quality of life standards.
• Adhere to Diaverum policies, JCI standards and local regulatory requirements.
