Role Overview

As a SOC Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Security Operations Center (SOC) services to our clients, ensuring operational excellence, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of security analysts and engineers, oversee incident response processes, and act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery Management: Ensure SOC services are delivered in alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Day‑to‑day SOC Operations: Oversee monitoring, triage, incident response, and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor SOC analysts across multiple tiers (L1, L2, L3). Drive performance reviews, training plans, and career development initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for client communication regarding SOC operations. Conduct regular service reviews, provide operational reports, and manage escalations.
  • Process & Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain SOC processes aligned with industry best practices (ITIL, NIST, ISO 27001). Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Incident Management: Oversee major incident handling, root cause analysis, and post‑incident reporting. Ensure timely escalation and coordination with internal and client teams.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client‑specific compliance mandates. Maintain audit readiness and documentation for SOC operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing SOC teams and delivering managed security services.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel), EDR solutions, and SOAR tools. Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred; ITIL Foundation is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
