Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of masonry experience.
• Ability to read blueprints or drawings accurately.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings to determine materials required and layout of the structure.
• Cut or break bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to the required size using hand or power tools.
• Lay out patterns or foundations using string lines and level.
• Mix mortar or grout according to specifications and apply it evenly between bricks or stones.
• Align structures vertically and horizontally using plumb lines and spirit levels.
• Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks, stones, or mortar joints.
