Job summary

Flyper is seeking a skilled Carpenter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to construct, repair, and install wooden structures. This full-time role offers a salary of $1600 per month with medical insurance, annual leave, and airfare allowance where applicable.

The candidate will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and install fixtures while adhering to safety protocols. Experience with tools and physical fitness are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
• Experience with hand and power tools (saws, drills, etc.).
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
• Cut and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass or drywall using hand or power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trimmings, etc.
• Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols while working with tools and equipment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
• Estimate material costs and time required for projects.
