The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of relevant experience and strong skills in communication and supervision, particularly in KSA or GCC projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to read shop and architectural drawings.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor - Wood & Joinery to oversee joinery and carpentry works for fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising production and/or installation works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise wood and joinery works (doors, cabinets, wall paneling, wardrobes, ceilings, timber cladding, etc.).
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with factory, site team, and subcontractors for production, delivery, and installation.
• Manage carpenters and installers; monitor daily progress.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and protection.
• Coordinate with other trades and attend site meetings as required.
• Follow HSE and site safety regulations.
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements & Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in joinery / fit-out projects.
• Good knowledge of wood, carpentry, and joinery installations.
• Ability to read shop drawings and architectural drawings.
• Experience in KSA / GCC projects preferred.
• Good communication and supervision skills.
