Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH seeks a Civil Site Engineer to plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure for National Guard housing projects. The role requires in-depth knowledge of civil engi­neering practices, site development, and military housing standards.

You will coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams, develop detailed work schedules, and monitor safety and quality to meet project timelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 6 years in civil/site engineering, preferably with military, government, or institutional housing projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Supervise on-site civil works including grading, drainage, utilities, water, sewer, electricity and road works.
• Ensure construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for integrated site execution.
• Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspections.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or inspections.

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for planning designing and overseeing construction and infrastructure development for National Guard housing projects This role requires in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices site development and military housing standards The engineer will ensure that all phases of site work from earthworks to utility installations are completed in accordance with engineering drawings safety protocols and project timelines

Responsibilities
