Job summary

The Financeer is seeking a site-based entry-level accountant to oversee petty cash, site expenses, and basic invoice processing at our project sites in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor labor attendance, reconcile deliveries with purchase orders, and classify project costs by cost centers, while maintaining accurate records of equipment and fuel costs.

This role offers hands-on experience in construction accounting and cost control, with direct exposure to supplier invoicing and retention tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience managing petty cash and site expenses.
• Familiar with timesheet preparation and wage calculation.
• Ability to reconcile material deliveries with POs and supplier invoices.
• Experience reviewing subcontractor invoices and tracking retention.
• Knowledge of project cost recording and cost center classification.
• Track equipment and maintenance costs and fuel costs.
