We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager – Kitchen Line to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in kitchen design sales, team leadership, and showroom management, with a passion for interiors and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen showroom.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and design team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ensure a premium customer experience from first contact to project completion.
  • Handle client consultations, understand requirements, and support the team in presenting suitable kitchen solutions.
  • Monitor showroom KPIs including sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design, factory, installation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage pricing, quotations,, and contract closure.
  • Ensure showroom visual standards, displays, and samples are always up to brand guidelines.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales issues professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in showroom or retail management within kitchens, furniture, joinery, or interiors.
  • Strong background in kitchen sales and client-facing roles.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, finishes, and accessories.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
