Job summary

BFL Group is seeking a Shop Manager in Jeddah to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, off-price fashion environment.

You will manage the store team, oversee inventory, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance with company policies while maintaining high presentation standards and delivering memorable shopping experiences to customers.
