Responsibilities

• Prepare all shipping-related documents and invoices.
• Update SAP with shipping transactions daily.
• Coordinate with warehouse and carriers for schedules and status.
• Maintain and file shipping papers, AWBs, and invoices.
• Ensure timely issuance of shipping paperwork and payments.
