Manpower Resources India Pvt Ltd in Saudi Arabia is recruiting for a Shift In-Charge Dispatch/Logistics to supervise daily dispatch in the rolling mill and ensure timely loading and unloading of finished goods.

The role, designated as Assistant Manager, requires a Diploma in Engineering or graduate, with 10–14 years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

• 10–14 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or related field.
• Strong coordination with transporters, warehouse and production teams.
• Experience supervising manpower and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Handle shift-wise dispatch operations in the rolling mill.
• Ensure timely loading/unloading and dispatch of finished goods.

• Maintain dispatch schedules and documentation (invoices, challans, etc.).
• Monitor stock movement and yard management.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance during dispatch operations.
• Resolve logistics-related issues during the shift.
• Supervise manpower and ensure operational efficiency.
