Job summary

Drive standardization and optimization of shared service processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
Develop and govern service management frameworks, including Service Catalogs and SLAs.
Establish KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Lead process improvement and digital enablement initiatives to enhance operations and customer experience.
