Business Consulting Specialist – ServiceNow

About the Role

As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will work closely with clients to bridge business goals with the power of the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing scalable processes, and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Your mission: maximize customer value realization and become a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process design, governance, KPIs, and control frameworks at a strategic level.
• Lead ServiceNow projects (ITSM, ITOM etc) and enterprise service management consulting engagements.
• Run executive workshops and pitch functional ServiceNow solutions.
• Present high‑level demos, conduct gap analyses, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Define operating models, roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Align solutions with ITIL standards and ensure platform coherence.
• Support organizational transformation through strong stakeholder engagement.
• Implement ServiceNow systems aligned with enterprise architecture and process maturity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation, ideally in large, complex environments.
• Deep understanding of PaaS solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Hands‑on ServiceNow experience (including configuration and implementations).
• Certified in ITIL v4, ServiceNow System Administrator, and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch solutions to business and technical audiences.
• Proven capability to lead customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
