Job summary

Siemens Energy in Dammam seeks a Service Project Manager to lead impactful projects within a multinational team, ensuring delivery on scope, time, cost, and quality. You will coordinate engineers and stakeholders across locations, leveraging Siemens standards to drive performance and compliance.

You will own the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, using data-driven insights, budgeting, and risk analysis to optimize outcomes, while mentoring team members and fostering innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• Experience in multinational environments and strong stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with audit processes and quality gates (QMiP, FAC).
• Proficiency in budgeting, risk analysis, and contract handling using Siemens Energy standards.

• Develop and implement structured communication plans to maintain transparency with stakeholders and facilitate milestone tracking.

• Utilize Siemens Energy tools and digital platforms for data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and comprehensive reporting.
• Drive change through coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks using procurement plans and responsibility matrices, ensuring project health and compliance.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, with specialization or certification in project management (IPMA-C or PMP is a plus).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or team leadership, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a multinational and multicultural environment.
• Strong documentation skills for project reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication, with familiarity in audit processes and quality gates (QMiP, FAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in project lifecycle management, budgeting, risk analysis, and contract handling using Siemens Energy standards and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for managing relationships, resolving conflicts, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Initiative, adaptability, and ownership in achieving project outcomes under dynamic conditions, with a focus on innovation and analytical thinking.
