Halliburton in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Floating Systems Field Service Tech. You will work at the well site under supervision, performing calculations, coordinating operators, and planning tasks to deliver efficient service.

You will uphold safety standards, maintain customer relations, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring readiness of equipment for subsequent jobs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in oilfield service is preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Maintain excellent customer relations at the worksite under supervision.
• Perform calculations for total job scope at the well site.
• Coordinate service operators during equipment rig up/rig down.
• Provide planning for the job and ensure readiness of equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with completed jobs.
• Promote safe crane and rigging operations during service delivery.
• Operate HWO jack and supervise work basket operations.
• Assist with cleanup, repair and preparation of equipment for next job.
• Provide input on junior staff performance and on-the-job skills development.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Halliburton HMS standards and procedures.

Job Duties

• Under direct supervision promotes excellent Customer relations at the worksite
• Performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed
• Coordinates the activities of service operators and operator assistants during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job
• Provides planning necessary for the job
• Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed
• Responsible for safe crane and rigging operations during the delivery of services
• Operates HWO jack
• Supervises HWO work basket operations
• Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs
• Assists with the clean up repair and preparation of equipment for the next job
• Provides input on individual performance levels of his her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance
• Skills are typically acquired through completion of HES career development requirements as Service Operator l
• Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions
• Given the nature of oil field service work the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary
• Promotes the HES Process Improvement Initiatives PII within the assigned Country or Natural Work Area NWA
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental conscience ensuring compliance with HSE standards practices and guidelines
• Must posses execellent knowledge of Halliburton Management System HMS standards work methods and processes
• Licensure to drive commercial vehicles may be required
• Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes
• Must possess the ability understand to Well Bore schematic analyze computer programs HalWin and operational procedures
• Basic computer skills are preferred
