JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Senior Urban Design Engineer with extensive experience to lead urban design master planning and multidisciplinary design coordination for large-scale developments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• About 15+ years of relevant professional experience on large-scale building, mixed-use, urban development, or master planning projects.
• Experience with PMC organizations, design consultants, or multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of urban planning, site planning, circulation, public realm, and spatial design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; proficient design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, SketchUp, Revit) is preferred.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Urban Design Engineer with approximately 15 years of professional experience to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building projects urban design master planning and multidisciplinary design coordination preferably gained within a Project Management Consultancy PMC or leading Design Consultancy environment The candidate will be responsible for providing senior-level technical and design leadership coordinating with architects engineers consultants contractors and other stakeholders and ensuring that projects are delivered in accordance with design intent quality standards and project requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. 15+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably on large-scale building, mixed-use, urban development, or master planning projects.Strong experience working with PMC organizations, design consultants, engineering consultancies, or multidisciplinary project teams.Proven experience in building projects and large-scale developments, with an understanding of the relationship between building design and the surrounding urban environment.Strong knowledge of urban planning, site planning, development planning, circulation, public realm, and spatial design principles.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and reviewing design deliverables.Ability to understand and interpret architectural, engineering, planning, and technical drawings.Strong knowledge of relevant planning regulations, building codes, design standards, and authority requirements.Excellent communication, coordination, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.Proficiency in relevant design and technical software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, SketchUp, Revit, or other urban design/planning tools is preferred. Saudi Nationals preferred.
