Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Software Craftsperson/Typescript-II for a remote role based in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end software initiatives, build scalable backends with TypeScript, and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Candidates should have 3–6 years of hands-on experience with production systems, strong TDD/CI/CD practices, and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams while mentoring peers. Remote work with international exposure is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of complex production systems.
• Hands-on production-grade TypeScript development experience.
• Experience building AI- or LLM-powered applications and AI agents.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, or comparable LLM ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own complex software initiatives end to end from design through testing and production readiness.
• Build scalable backend systems and APIs using TypeScript with strong craftsmanship.
• Design and deliver production-ready features balancing scope, quality, and maintainability.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agents, and agentic workflows.
• Work with OpenAI/ Claude and agent frameworks to create reliable AI experiences.
• Mentor peers and promote responsible AI-native development practices.
